Adam, Enough Said by Lynda LeeAnne- Review

Adam, Enough Said (This Can't Be Happening, #3)Adam, Enough Said by Lynda LeeAnne
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Mia and Adam have a tumultuous past. They share a history full of passion, pain, and betrayal. It has been 6 years since Mia and Adam were together, and now they are back in each other's lives due to less than desirable circumstances. They need to decide whether they can put their mistakes and misunderstandings in the past and move forward, or whether they are just too combustable when together.

Wow! There is some serious dysfunction going on here. There is a lot of passion between Adam and Mia, but also a lot of anger. Some of their problems were due to misunderstandings and poor communication, but others were due to Adam acting nasty out of anger. Adam is aware of what he did wrong, but a lot got mixed up in the years he was trying to dig himself out of his hole of despair. Mia has had a rough life from the get-go, and she can't seem to get a break. She wants a family more than anything, and wants that family to include Adam.

It is quite an adventure following them as they attempt to put the pieces of their hearts and relationship back together. As much as I was irritated at the way Adam always has to say the wrong thing before he can say the right thing, I was really hoping that they would be able to make it work. The crazy stuff is crazy, but there is no denying the fire and heat between Adam and Mia. This is the first book that I've read in this series, and I will be going back and reading the first two books in the series after my experience with this one.  3.5 stars (round up to 4)
